Established in 2019 in Port Washington, Tiga is the culinary of Chef/Owners Roy Kurniawan and Dhani Diastika.Tiga was born from a desire to create a dining experience that feels both familiar and extraordinary. The name 'Tiga'-- meaning 'Three' in Indonesian -- represents the three core pillars that Roy and Dhani uphold in every dish: Flavor,Presentation, and Consistency. Together, they led a team dedicated to culinary excellence,ensuring that every guest experiences the perfect harmony of taste and artistry. What started as a passion for Japanese - inspired cuisine with global influences has now grown into new chapter with the opening of our second location: Tiga Too
